The Lifeline program provides qualifying residents with affordable access to phone, cell, and internet services.
Eligibility can be checked online and service providers can be contacted to enroll in program.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) ended in 2024 and the Public Service Commission is promoting the Lifeline program to help assist residents.
Funding for this program comes from the Universal Service Fund administered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
