When & How to Pay

FY 2025 Property Taxes are due by Saturday, January 31st, 2026

You may pay your property tax payment in two equal installments, with the second installment due by July 31st, 2026

The first installment is paid directly to the Town of Tomah Treasurer. You can mail checks payable to the Town of Tomah Treasurer or visit in person at the Town Hall on scheduled days to be determined.

The second installment is paid to Monroe County and can be conveniently paid online through 

the Monroe County Website.
